The roleAn exciting opportunity has become available for a digitally-savvy Marketing Manager to join Humanstate. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining, developing and delivering our global marketing presence. On a day-to-day basis you will be driving digital campaigns and lead generation as well as our social media accounts, tracking marketing campaign performance and ensuring the brand is at the forefront of the market. This is a hard-working team, so you will need to be an ambitious individual who is happy to be hands-on in a fast-paced, diverse and intellectually stimulating working environment, which also includes working alongside a global team.
Requirements- Drive digital campaigns and lead generation- Work on multiple marketing campaigns globally- Work with the respective national marketing managers- Manage the company’s marketing material, social media, website and communications- Take charge of e-mail marketing- Oversee digital analytics/campaign tracking to monitor benchmarks, track success and refine campaigns- Work closely with marketing agencies
Beneficial skills and experience- Proven experience in a marketing position- An expert at dealing with digital marketing channels- Campaign management experience- Demonstrable experience in brand building- A background working for a tech brand would be an advantage- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment- A proactive individual with excellent communication and presentation skills
