The roleWe’re looking for a social media coordinator to join our growing team in beautiful Sevenoaks, Kent, only 25 minutes by train from central London. You will be part of the digital marketing team, reporting to the digital marketing manager, with responsibility for planning and executing the social media strategy for the Humanstate brands. You’ll be required to shape the content strategy; continuously planning and enhancing the brands tone of voice and working to build engaged audiences.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, always staying up to date with digital trends and constantly looking for new ways to reach our consumers and promote the Humanstate brands.
Your duties will include:- Planning and implementing the social content calendars across all owned social channels for the Humanstate brands- Content creation alongside the wider marketing and content team- Monitoring, analysing and reporting on social activity and engagement, with a view to maintain and grow our various channels- Delivering a seamless digital experience, ensuring synergy and alignment with digital marketing objectives- Providing a responsive brand-audience interface to promote engagement- Customer service where required- Keeping the marketing team up to date with the latest digital trends, new social innovations and competitor analysis- Collaborating and engaging with the marketing and content team and other business stakeholders
Requirements for this role- Must demonstrate a clear understanding of all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn- A passion and strong interest in social media – must be an active user- An understanding of social metrics; can interpret numbers and data into actionable insights and learnings- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; enthusiasm is a must- Highly creative and strong skills in content creation, storytelling and copywriting- Excellent knowledge of social media best practices and trends - Strong analytical skills to measure performance and engagement - Dynamic, excellent communicator and self-starter - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable to last-minute deadlines and shifting priorities- Ability to collaborate well within a team- Degree level education
Technical requirements- A good understanding of analytical tools e.g Google Analytics- Social listening platforms e.g. Sprout, Pulsar- Skills in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) are a bonus
