Founded in 2004, PayProp set out to revolutionize the lettings industry with an automated payment and reconciliation platform superior to those from banks and software vendors. In November 2022, PayProp secured significant investment from AKKR for expansion into the PropTech payments market.
In December 2023, PayProp merged with Reapit to offer better services to estate and letting agents worldwide. Processing £2.6 billion annually, with a 97.6% ESTAS score and over 2,500 global customers, PayProp is dedicated to excellence in financial services.
